·       Total remaining down payment 

·       Voided check from bank account where you want the payments to be taken from OR other paper from bank listing routing and account number

·       Proof of insurance with Good To U Auto Center, LLC listed as lien holder (address shown above) and minimum $500 deductible on collision

·       ONLY IF TRANSFERRING A PLATE: Registration card and license plate you are transferring
